Refund Policy.

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.

For Month-to-Month Subscriptions

Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by CPLS.

If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly period; you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but will not receive an automatic refund of the remaining days of service.

If you are unsatisfied with your chosen course, Castle Point Learning Systems (“CPLS”) is happy to provide a refund in keeping with our “Satisfaction Guarantee.” In order to receive a refund, please write to us at sales@gradarius.com with your account information and the problem you’re experiencing. If we can’t resolve the issue, we will happily refund you for your current month’s subscription.

For One-time Course Purchases

If you cancel your paid enrollment for a non-subscription course, CPLS will offer you a complete refund until 14 days after payment.
